Physical Products

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Digital Products & 3D Model Files

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of 3D model files are final and non-refundable once downloaded.

Custom Print Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
